Consecutive Sample Injection Analysis in Tube Radial Distribution Chromatography

چکیده

Tube radial distribution chromatography based on the tube flow, or annular in an open-tubular capillary has been reported, where flow is created through phase-separation multiphase flow. We have proposed first-ever procedure for consecutive sample injection analysis using chromatography. In basic terms, a commercially available HPLC system could be used with injector (0.2 μL volume) and fused-silica (250 cm long) as separation column instead of normal packed one, while built-in detection cell was replaced by improved on-capillary detection. A ternary mixed solution water/acetonitrile/ethyl acetate (3:8:4 volume ratio) delivered into eluent at rate 2.0 min−1. Model solutions 1-naphthol 2,6-naphthalenedisulfonic acid were consecutively analyzed present processing 6 samples per hour. Simple rapid performed because washing initialization no longer necessary. The obtained results provide clues to developing new methodologies which combine features both (separation) method (consecutive analysis).

Batch-injection stripping voltammetry (tube-less flow-injection analysis) of trace metals with on-line sample pretreatment.

The most essential limitation of batch-injection analysis (BIA) methodology compared to other flow methods (CFA, FIA, SIA) is the lack of possibility of on-line sample processing in the measuring system. Some procedures of on-line sample pretreatment in BIA are possible by changing the plastic tip of the automatic micropipette used for sample injection into a flow-through reactor, e.g. by packi...

Experimental consideration of capillary chromatography based on tube radial distribution of ternary mixture carrier solvents under laminar flow conditions.

A capillary chromatography system has been developed based on the tube radial distribution of the carrier solvents using an open capillary tube and a water-acetonitrile-ethyl acetate mixture carrier solution. This tube radial distribution chromatography (TRDC) system works under laminar flow conditions. In this study, a phase diagram for the ternary mixture carrier solvents of water, acetonitri...

Chromatography, Radial Flow

The production of a modern biotechnology product, frequently a recombinant protein, requires a multistage downstream process because the feedstock is usually a liquid that is dilute in product concentration and contains many impurities some of which are unknown chemical compounds. Such a process typically centers on two or more liquid chromatography steps in order to achieve the desired purity....

Radial sample preconcentration.

In this paper we present a radial sample preconcentration strategy enabled by axisymmetric concentration polarization in a microfluidic chamber on a uniform nanoporous film. Sample analytes are focused into the centre, creating a concentrated plug that is injected vertically into the microfluidic analysis layer. No balancing pressure driven flows or tangential fields are required, and the proce...

Voltage stability analysis of radial distribution networks

The paper presents voltage stability analysis of radial distribution networks. A new voltage stability index is proposed for identifying the node, which is most sensitive to voltage collapse. Composite load modelling is considered for the purpose of voltage stability analysis. It is also shown that the load ̄ow solution of radial distribution networks is unique. q 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All...
